Shipping and Returns
All Ground Shipping orders will ship out within 24 to 48 hrs. from time of purchase (business days). All orders being placed with Next Day SHIPPING or TWO DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00 pm EST. in order to receive your package within the expected time period. Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am –5:00 pm EST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders (via email). You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipping confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. Atlanta Shoe Studio, LLC. will not be liable or assume responsibility for orders that show “DELIVERED” via USPS, FedEx, UPS or any other postal carrier.
SALE ITEMS & APPAREL ITEMS
All item(s) on our Apparel and Final Sales tab are non-refundable and no exchanges are permitted *(No Exceptions)*. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our Sales tab at any time.
At Atlanta Shoe Studio we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, your item(s) are not the right fit for you, we will exchange your item(s) or provide a refund on your original purchase price (minus shipping costs). Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition and returned in the same packaging (shoe box) *No Exceptions*. Any item received for a return or exchange that is not in NEW CONDITION will not be honored *no exceptions*. If an order exceeds $100, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.
1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
2. Merchandise must be in new & unworn condition with all the original tags and
3. Must request an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization number to start your
return thru email or call.
Please allow 5-7 business days for transit time plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund.
